afraid of liberation

It is astonishing that 
one who is unattached to 
the things of this world or the next, 
who discriminates between
the permanent and the impermanent, 
and who longs for liberation, 
should still be afraid of liberation.

जो निसंग झाला असे 
या जगाताचा तसेच 
त्या जगताचाही नसे ||

भेद जो जाणत असे  
काय नित्य इथे असे 
आणि नीट ओळखून 
अनित्य जगती वसे ||

मुक्तीची अपार कांक्षा 
हृदयी भरुनी सदा 
भयीत दिसे का असा
